Payment is prepaid only and accepted only using UPI.
We do not offer return/exchange currently on our products. However, if you receive any defective product please share an uncut unboxing video and we will get back to you.
We will offer refund or option to choose something else in case there is a defect while packaging.
Since some products are on pre-order we would need a maximum of 15 days to ship your order. Post that you can track your delivery real time on the courier site
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/phone no. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
If your order arrives damaged, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Yes, we offer gift wrapping and special packaging options for certain products. During checkout, you can select these options and add a personalized message if desired.
